Interior/Architecture

Designer: Cherie Stein, Home Polish, July  2014

A Philadelphia -based designer  recently completed a project in the heart of Center City which included the main living/dining space and a new master bedroom and bath suite. The palette of white and grey were livened up by punches of azure blue that complimented the warm wood tones underfoot. Shooting in the last sunny hours of the day allowed filtered light in through the northern windows with a few beams bouncing off the bed. Accent lighting in the bathroom showcases a built in glass shelving unit wonderfully. ​ 

Exhibitions

Location: Berman Museum of Art at Ursinus College, A through Z Exhibition Opening, June 2013

The new exhibition featured a recent gift of more than 1,300 works ranging from contemporary sculpture, American paintings, works on paper and folk art. The collection began in 1989 and reflects the dedication and passion of the founders, Phillip and Muriel Berman.

Ssilvertower Studios was asked to shoot the exhibition for the  winter publication celebrating and promoting the new collection on display.

Weddings

Specializing in photo-journalistic style, Silvertower Studios employs multiple shooters to cover an event, allowing for  the action to be taken from multiple angles or allowing for shots to be taken in more than one location at the same time. As the female  secondary shooter, I typically work with the bride getting ready and the still shots of the wedding dress, shoes, rings, etc. These still-lifes are some of my favorite things to shoot and I always enjoy setting them up.
